Help & support
Send a message request without publishing your phone number. Accepted conversations stay in Messages. Local Jobs applications stay separate.

Messages is the private inbox for accepted conversations about Local Products, Services & Businesses, Properties and Community. You send a message request from a public post or profile. The other person accepts, declines or ignores it. Until they accept, they do not see a live chat and you do not get their phone number.
Job applications are not the same path. Apply from the Local Jobs post. Those applications stay in My Local Jobs. Do not treat a Messages thread as a job application record.
Public pages show a username, not your phone number. Share a number, address or meeting place only when you choose. Moving the conversation off MyStreetBiz immediately makes it harder to keep a record of what was agreed.
Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, full card numbers or remote-access codes in Messages. MyStreetBiz staff will not ask for those.
You can report a conversation from Messages. For fraud, abuse or urgent risk, also read the Safety Centre. If you cannot sign in, use Contact. Website bugs belong on Report a problem, which is not a support ticket.
