MyStreetBiz is an India-only discovery and communication service for professional profiles, property listings, rentals, and Marketplace posts. It may also provide sourced market or location information. MyStreetBiz is not the owner, seller, landlord, broker, employer, valuer, lender, escrow agent, or investment adviser in a user-to-user transaction.

Listings, profiles, ratings, price guides, market charts, location information, scores, estimates, and other outputs are informational. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax, planning, engineering, medical, employment, or valuation advice, and they are not an offer or recommendation to transact. Conduct your own checks and consult appropriately qualified professionals before making a decision.

Profile and listing publishers supply much of the information shown on MyStreetBiz. Other information may come from public or third-party sources described on the relevant page and in Resources. Information can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Platform checks, ratings, history, and source labels are useful signals, not guarantees. We make no warranty that any content is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular transaction.

• Don't use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Don't scrape, bulk-harvest, overload or attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
• Don't reverse-engineer, resell or white-label the Service or its outputs as your own without written permission.
• Don't remove or obscure attribution required by our upstream data licences.
• Don't post deceptive, unsafe, unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, impersonating, or prohibited listings, goods, services, media, ratings, or messages.
• Don't request or share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, full card numbers, malware, or unnecessary sensitive identity information through MyStreetBiz.

You are responsible for your account, submitted content, legal authority to publish or transact, and the accuracy of listing/profile information. MyStreetBiz may rate-limit, moderate, reject, archive, suspend, preserve, or remove content/accounts to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or operate the service.

MyStreetBiz enables discovery and communication but is not the owner, seller, landlord, broker, escrow agent, carrier, employer, or guarantor in user-to-user transactions. Independently verify people, authority, property, goods, professionals, vendors, terms, and payments; follow the Safety Centre.

Paid access activates only after verified provider confirmation. Displayed plan prices are inclusive of GST, and no additional GST is added at checkout. The selected access term, tax breakup, renewal method, expiry date, and invoice record appear in the billing flow. Manual renewal is the default; automatic renewal is optional and requires a separate choice. An early manual renewal starts after existing paid access expires. Cancelling automatic renewal stops a future charge without shortening or refunding the term already paid for. A failed renewal grants no additional access, and the current plan expires on its recorded date. Provider fees are MyStreetBiz's merchant cost. The analysis layer, scoring engine, interface and compiled datasets are the intellectual property of MyStreetBiz and its owner. Upstream data remains under its own licence — OpenStreetMap (ODbL), geoBoundaries and ESA WorldCover (CC BY 4.0), Census of India, World Bank, and published market benchmarks — and your use of outputs derived from it must honour those licences and their attribution requirements.

Automated or programmatic access requires written authorisation unless MyStreetBiz provides a specific documented interface for it. Any authorised access may be rate-limited, changed, or withdrawn and must not degrade the Service for others.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyStreetBiz and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill, or any decision or transaction made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify MyStreetBiz and its owner against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

We may update the Service and these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
