MyStreetBiz supports local discovery, publishing and communication, plus sourced market or location information where covered. It is not a transaction's owner, seller, landlord, broker, employer, recruiter, employment agency, valuer, lender, escrow agent or investment adviser.

Listings, profiles, ratings, guides, charts, scores and estimates are informational, not an offer or investment, financial, legal, tax, planning, engineering, medical, employment or valuation advice. Check the facts and consult qualified professionals.

Publishers supply much of the content. Other information comes from sources named on the page or in Resources. It may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Checks, ratings, history and source labels are signals, not guarantees. We make no warranty that content is accurate, complete or suitable for a transaction.

• Don't use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Don't scrape, bulk-harvest, overload or attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
• Don't reverse-engineer, resell or white-label the Service or its outputs as your own without written permission.
• Don't remove or obscure attribution required by our upstream data licences.
• Don't post deceptive, unsafe, unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, impersonating, or prohibited listings, goods, services, media, ratings, or messages.
• Don't post fake jobs, charge candidates for interviews or offers, disguise commission-only work, use unlawful discriminatory criteria, or misuse applicant information.
• Don't request or share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, full card numbers, malware, or unnecessary sensitive identity information through MyStreetBiz.

You are responsible for your account, content, authority to publish or transact, and listing accuracy. MyStreetBiz may limit, moderate, reject, archive, suspend, preserve or remove content or accounts to protect users, follow law, enforce these terms or operate the service.

MyStreetBiz enables discovery, applications, and communication but is not the owner, seller, landlord, broker, recruiter, employment agency, escrow agent, carrier, employer, or guarantor in user-to-user transactions. Independently verify people, authority, employers, roles, written employment terms, property, goods, Services & Businesses, vendors, and payments; follow the Safety Centre.

Hiring users must post lawful, accurate jobs, select fairly and protect applicant data. Job seekers choose what to submit and must verify the employer and role. MyStreetBiz does not guarantee employment, applicants, salary, qualifications, vacancies, interviews or offers.

Paid access activates only after verified provider confirmation. Checkout shows the approved currency, membership amount, and applicable tax treatment before payment; MyStreetBiz never estimates a foreign-currency charge from a live exchange rate. A payment provider may separately disclose an instrument-specific convenience charge before you authorize the final debit. If no such charge is shown, you pay only the membership amount and provider processing costs remain MyStreetBiz's merchant expense. The selected access term, tax breakup, expiry date, and invoice record appear in the billing flow. Manual renewal is how a membership continues. Automatic renewal is not offered. An early same-plan renewal starts after existing paid access expires. An eligible higher-tier upgrade starts immediately and applies the clearly shown unused-value credit. Automated access requires written authorisation unless MyStreetBiz provides a documented interface. Authorised access may be limited, changed or withdrawn and must not degrade the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyStreetBiz and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill, or any decision or transaction made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify MyStreetBiz and its owner against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

We may update the Service and these terms. We will date material changes; continued use means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
