What can I use today?
Professionals, Properties and Marketplace are the three places to search. You also get Guide, Resources, Markets, Help & support, your account settings and one Messages inbox.
How does distance search work?
Search any Indian city or locality in Professionals, Properties and Marketplace. “Use my location” adds a distance filter so you see results near you — you can still search anywhere in India without it. Your coordinates are only used to filter and order results, and are never shown publicly.

How do conversations work?
You send a message request to a property owner, a Marketplace seller, a professional or another member. Once they accept, you can both keep talking in your Messages inbox.
What are the image limits?
You can choose images up to 10 MB each. Large images are resized to a 2048 px longest side and compressed to 400 KB or less before upload, and every image is checked before it goes live. How many you can add depends on the product and your plan — see Plan & usage for your current allowance.
Does MyStreetBiz guarantee a seller or professional?
No. Verification, ratings, images, licences, and profile details are trust signals, not guarantees. Independently inspect, verify authority and credentials, agree scope in writing, and follow the Safety Centre.

Where do I manage my account?
Use Settings for identity and communications, Recent activity for important actions, and Orders & payments for checkout history and invoices.
How do I contact support?
Raise a support ticket. Replies are emailed to you and remain available in your account. You can close a resolved ticket or reopen it if you still need help.
Is a problem report the same as a support ticket?
No. Use Report a problem when a page, feature, or piece of data appears to be wrong. Use support for questions, account access, billing, privacy, safety, properties, and Marketplace help.
Are support and reporting requests limited?
Support tickets, replies and website-problem reports share one monthly support-action allowance, which grows with your plan. Your exact limit, current usage and reset date appear in Plan usage. Reporting a person, or anything involving safety, security, payments, privacy or account access, is never limited on any plan.
When does a paid plan activate?
Go, Plus and Pro are coming soon, and checkout is not open yet. When paid memberships become available, a plan will activate only after secure server-side payment confirmation. The confirmed plan and access dates will appear in Membership & billing.
What information should I never send?
Never put a password, OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, full card number, private key, or unnecessary identity document in a ticket, message, listing, or profile.
