This policy explains how MyStreetBiz handles data for its products, accounts, Messages, support, advertising and billing. MyStreetBiz is operated as My Street Biz, a GST-registered sole proprietorship in India.
Account and identity. Name, email, password hash where password sign-in is used, optional international phone number, session/security state, preferences, and profile fields.
Locations and decisions. Searches, selected coordinates, saved sites, saved jobs, comparisons, workspaces, evidence snapshots, favourites, and alerts needed for the workflows you choose. If you use voice search, MyStreetBiz receives only the transcribed text in the search box; the browser may send the recording to its own speech service.
Published content. Property, rental, Products, Services & Businesses, vendor, service, job, employer, salary, pricing, media, rating, verification information, and any supporting job-post files you submit. When you post something, the form shows which fields are public and which stay private to your account.
Jobs applications. A seeker profile can include your headline, summary, skills, experience, education, city/region, preferences, phone, and an optional HTTPS résumé link. When you apply, we preserve a snapshot together with your account name/email, optional cover note, and any application files you choose to upload. We disclose that application only to the hiring account for that job and authorised administrators. The reusable profile stays private unless you turn on Open to work. Phone and résumé stay hidden on that page unless you choose to show them. Application files are not public or searchable.
Communications and support. Contact requests, participant messages, Community posts, job-application and hiring decisions, notifications, product-problem reports, support tickets, status history, and email-delivery outcomes.
Billing. Plan, order, subscription, invoice, credit note, tax-profile, payment status, provider identifiers, reconciliation, and refund records. Payment providers handle payment credentials; MyStreetBiz does not need your UPI PIN, OTP, CVV, or full card number.
Security and operations. Timestamps, request metadata, user agent, IP/security signals, moderation outcomes, rate-limit events, audit trails, performance telemetry, and error diagnostics.
Relevant data may be processed by infrastructure, storage/CDN, map/geocoding, public-data, transactional-email, moderation, observability, advertising, and payment-provider services such as the provider selected for checkout. Their processing locations can differ from yours. We share only what that service needs and apply the available contractual and technical safeguards. If a qualifying business owner explicitly connects Google Business Profile, Zoho CRM, or Zapier, MyStreetBiz shares only the fixed profile metrics or lead-stage record described at connection time; requester email and phone details are not included. Selected public pages may send Google AdSense page, device, approximate-location, interaction and security signals for ad delivery, measurement and invalid-traffic protection. Eligible inventory includes the homepage after the main content appears, public Community reading, Products brand and shop pages, Resources, Help, legal, About and public discovery. Messages, login, register, checkout, private account, publishing, administrator and Community posting tools are excluded. Android and iOS apps may show Google AdMob on matching public screens only when those apps are configured with AdMob identifiers; they do not reuse website AdSense inside a WebView. We may disclose information when required by valid law or to protect people, rights, payments, or the service.
Published listings, Product posts, Services & Businesses and vendor profiles, Jobs, supporting files deliberately added to a published job post, approved media, public ratings, and selected contact details can be visible to visitors. Exact job coordinates, address and PIN code, seeker profiles that stay private, application snapshots and files, applicant contact details, saved jobs, saved sites, workspaces, private messages, support tickets, activity, payment records, and account settings are scoped to the relevant authorised users or administrators. An Open to work page shows only the fields the account holder chose to publish; contact is a message request they can accept or decline. Hiring users must use applicant information only for the relevant recruitment process and protect it from unauthorised use. Do not publish secrets or identity documents in free-text, media, or file fields.
We keep records only to operate the service, protect people, resolve disputes, fix problems and meet legal duties. After an authorised deletion request, account records are deleted or anonymised unless payment, tax, fraud, security, legal-hold, backup or dispute obligations require limited retention. Periods vary by record and law.
We use signed sessions, password hashing, ownership and role checks, rate limits, validation, restricted media, payment-signature checks and operational histories. No internet service is risk-free. Use a unique password, review recent activity and report anything unexpected.
You can update profile and notification settings in Settings, remove Jobs files you uploaded, delete your private job profile or withdraw an application in My Jobs, and use the account controls available to you. Deleting the reusable job profile does not retract snapshots already submitted to hiring accounts; withdrawing marks the relevant application withdrawn. Subject to applicable law and verified identity, you may request information about processing, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or grievance handling. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when law or active fraud/dispute prevention requires retention.
Security, account, support, billing, and transaction messages are service communications needed to operate the features you use. Optional email about contact requests, conversations, listing activity, and searches you explicitly save can be changed by category in Settings. Optional notification email includes an unsubscribe or preference control; using it does not disable essential service messages. MyStreetBiz does not give customers an email broadcast tool. Delivery providers may retain bounded delivery, bounce, complaint, and suppression events to protect sender reputation and honour opt-outs. Browser notifications are off until you select Enable in your account and grant browser permission; they use fixed privacy-safe copy and can be disabled per browser.
The product is for adults and businesses. Features accept supported locations, countries, phone numbers, postal formats and currencies; some datasets and payment methods have narrower stated coverage. Providers may process limited data in other regions under their safeguards. We date material changes and notify accounts when appropriate.
Choose Privacy in Help & support. If you cannot sign in, use the privacy address on Contact, which also lists merchant and grievance details. See Terms, Safety and Policies.
