Image limits on MyStreetBiz

Choose photos up to 10 MB. We resize to a 2048 px longest side and compress to 400 KB or less before they can appear. Limits still vary by product and plan.

What you can upload

Choose JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF images up to 10 MB each. The website and apps resize a long side to 2048 px and compress to 400 KB or less before the file leaves your device. That step also strips hidden camera location data so it stays on the device.

Video uploads are not available. Do not rename a video as an image.

What “checked before publication” means

Every image is scanned and reviewed against product rules before it can appear on a public page. That is a publication gate (size, malware and policy), not a certificate that the photo matches the real goods, property or workplace.

Plan & usage shows how many images each product allows on your plan. A higher plan may raise the count. It does not raise the 2048 px / 400 KB processed cap.

Do not upload photos you do not own or do not have permission to use. Stock photos of unrelated sites waste a searcher’s time and can be reported.

Owner-only drafts

Draft images stay in your account until you publish. They are not a public CDN URL. After you archive or delete, public pages stop showing those photos.
