Local Products is for local goods: furniture, appliances, vehicles, rentals and similar items. Search by keyword, category, city, locality, PIN code, sale or rent. Add a radius only when you want nearby results.

MyStreetBiz does not guarantee an item's ownership, condition, authenticity, legality, price or delivery. The post is the publisher's description. Treat it as a starting point for inspection, not a certificate.

If you are buying or renting

Open the post and read the condition, price, images and the supplied location area. Send an offer or message request. Agree what is included, what is payable, and where you will meet.

• Meet in a public place you understand, during hours you are comfortable with.
• Inspect the item and verify the seller's authority before money or goods change hands.
• Use a payment method you understand. Do not follow instructions to install remote-access apps.

Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or remote-access code with a buyer or seller.

If you are posting an item

Create and verify your account, then open My Local Products and choose New Local Products post. Choose the right category and sale or rent option. Write an honest title and description. Show important wear or damage in the Product images instead of hiding it.

Set the location area and PIN code. Save a draft if you need to add Product images. Publish when the required fields are complete. Edit or archive from My Local Products when the item sells, is reserved, or you withdraw it. Plans may cap how many Local Products posts you can publish — that is not a fee on sales.

If you add a brand GSTIN, MyStreetBiz only checks format and checksum. That is not a live GSTN verification.

Keep the thread on MyStreetBiz until you meet

Message requests use usernames, not phone numbers. Moving immediately to another app makes it harder to keep a record of what was agreed. State the price, included extras and meeting place in Messages first.

When to walk away

Walk away from pressure to pay before inspection, requests for OTPs, stories about a courier who needs an advance, or a price that only holds if you skip seeing the item. Report the listing if it is a scam, stolen-goods suspicion, or prohibited item.
