Create a public Services & Businesses profile, add accurate details and images, then message customers without sharing your phone number.

A Services & Businesses profile is how customers find your work on MyStreetBiz. It can describe a trade, a studio, a clinic, a consultancy or another local business. People search by service, skill, business name, city, locality or PIN code.
The profile is yours to keep accurate. MyStreetBiz does not independently verify licences, ratings, availability or claims unless a recorded check is shown on the page. Only publish facts you can stand behind if a customer asks for proof.
Create an account and complete the verification steps shown in Account. Publishing is not available until those steps are done. Then open My Business Profiles and choose Add profile.
Lead with the work you do and where you do it. Name the services, typical jobs and any limits (for example, residential only, or a travel radius). Describe qualifications only if you can produce the certificate, licence or membership when asked.
Avoid copied brochure language. Short, specific sentences help a customer decide whether to send a message. Do not paste another firm's text, and do not invent reviews.
Use current photos. The first image is the card people see in search. Save a draft if you need to collect missing fields. MyStreetBiz shows anything that still needs attention before you can publish.
Drafts stay in your account until you publish. Archiving removes the profile from public search and keeps the moderation record. Deleting your account also removes the profile.
You can publish owner-declared hours. Visitors see an Open/Closed badge computed from that typed schedule, labelled “Owner-declared hours.” That is not a live visit.
An optional GSTIN is checked for the 15-character pattern and checksum only. It is not a live GSTN Search Taxpayer lookup on gst.gov.in. Customers who need GSTN’s own record should use that portal.
Customers send a message request. Your phone number stays private until you choose to share it. Accepted conversations live in Messages. Agree the scope, price, timing and deliverables in writing in that thread before work begins.
Do not ask customers to send passwords, OTPs, card details or unnecessary identity documents in Messages.
Edit the profile from My Business Profiles when services, photos or the service area change. Archive it if you stop taking work. A stale profile wastes the customer's time and can be reported.
