Source: Survey of India, Government of India. The dataset is the Administrative Boundary Data Base of India (State Boundary), published by Survey of India, Government of India.
MyStreetBiz dissolves the official state-boundary source into one national outline for digital display. Muzaffarabad, Gilgit, Skardu and Leh remain inside that dissolved outline. This is a display layer, not a cadastral or village map.
Geospatial Guidelines section 4(xiii) identifies Survey of India digital boundary data as the standard for political maps and states that its digital display is permissible. The living product uses a display outline with prominent source acknowledgement. The raw archive, detailed administrative layers and village geometry stay outside this public display.
It is not a property boundary, a PIN-code polygon, or a Location Pillars score. Base map cartography separately uses OpenStreetMap data under the Open Database Licence. Do not treat the outline as proof of land ownership.
