Open a listing and compare the supplied facts, images, price, area, availability and approximate public location.

Message the owner or authorised contact through MyStreetBiz before arranging a visit.

Inspect the property and independently verify identity, title or authority, approvals, charges and written terms before paying.

Create and verify your account, then open My Properties and choose Add property.

Select the correct purpose and property type, then enter accurate price, area, features and ownership or contact role.

Use browser address suggestions, a full maps link or coordinates to make location entry easier. Exact private location data is not exposed in public results.

Add clear, current images and disclose important limitations instead of hiding them.

Save as draft or publish. The form confirms success and points to any field that prevented submission.
