1. What MyStreetBiz is

MyStreetBiz is a local directory. People use it to find services and businesses, browse Properties, buy or sell Products, and look for Jobs. You can also post what you offer. Search by city, locality, PIN code or a distance around a place you choose.

Listings, profiles, prices, photos, credentials and availability are supplied by the people who publish them. MyStreetBiz does not independently verify those claims unless a recorded check is shown on the page. Read the post, ask questions in Messages, and confirm the facts yourself before you visit, pay or hire.

2. Create an account

Browsing is open. Publishing a profile, property, Product post or job, and sending a message request, needs a signed-in account. Create one from Create account. You can sign in later from Sign in.

Keep your password private. Do not share one-time codes. Use Account to manage your posts, job applications and Messages.

3. Search by place

Each product has its own search. Start with a category or keyword, then add a city, locality or PIN code when you care about a place. Use a nearby radius only when distance matters. Leave location off when you want a wider set of results.

Public results may hide an exact private address. Message the publisher through MyStreetBiz before you arrange a visit. Do not move the conversation to another app until you are ready, and never send passwords, OTPs, card details or unnecessary identity documents.

4. Services & Businesses

Open Services & Businesses to find people and firms by service, skill, name or place. Read the public profile, work samples and service area. Ratings and stated qualifications are not a guarantee. Confirm identity, licences and insurance where they matter for the work.

5. Properties

Open Properties to browse sale, lease or rent. Check the listed price, area, images, availability and the supplied location. MyStreetBiz does not guarantee title, ownership, authority, measurements, approvals or price. Visit the property and complete your own legal checks before you pay a deposit.

6. Products

Open Products to find items for sale or rent. Read the condition, price and photos. Inspect the item in a safe place before money or goods change hands. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or remote-access code.

To sell or rent an item, publish from My Products with an honest title, description and images that show wear. The Products guide and Buy and sell Products safely cover posting and meeting safely.

7. Jobs

Open Jobs to search by role, skill, employer or place. Keep a private job profile and choose what each employer receives. Posting a genuine vacancy is free. Employer names, salaries and credentials remain unverified unless recorded evidence is shown.

Never pay for an interview, shortlist, offer letter, training seat or a guaranteed job. Use the Jobs guide and Hire or apply on Jobs.

8. Community

Post in a local, profession or topic channel. Keep phone numbers in Messages. See the Community guide.

9. Messages

Message requests use usernames, not phone numbers. When both sides accept, the thread stays in Messages. Job applications stay in My Jobs. Agree scope, price, timing and meeting place in writing in the thread before you commit.

10. Stay safe

Check identity, ownership, condition and written terms yourself. Visit in a place you understand. Do not pay deposits under pressure. Read Safety and Help & support if something looks wrong.
