The order you can see

Directories show approved public rows, not drafts, archived posts, banned accounts or expired jobs. With a place, nearer results come first; without one, newer results do. This is not a hidden score.

A why-this-is-here chip appears only when the matching field is actually present: Near you, Open now, Remote, Locally made, Price dropped or New this week. No chip means none of those fields applied. MyStreetBiz does not use a black-box rank.

The completeness percent on My Properties is a nudge for the owner. It is not a ranking input on public search.

What this is not

This is not machine-learning personalisation, not a paid boost unless a result is explicitly labelled Promoted, and not a guarantee that a nearer or newer post is a better hire, shop or home. Promoted placement, when it exists, is labelled.
