How to post a property on MyStreetBiz

What a property post should tell a reader

A Properties listing is an owner-supplied notice of a home, plot, shop or other space for sale, lease or rent. Readers use it to decide whether to message you and visit. MyStreetBiz does not guarantee title, ownership, authority, measurements, approvals, availability or price.

Write the facts a visitor will check on site: purpose, type, price, area, what is included, and any important limit (shared access, pending approval, time-bound availability).

Create the post

Create and verify your account, then open My Properties and choose Add property. Choose the right purpose and property type. Enter the price, area, features and your contact role (owner, authorised contact or similar) as they actually are.

• A title that matches the property, not a marketing slogan.
• Clear, current images. Disclose defects that a visitor would notice.
• Location via address suggestions, a maps link or coordinates, plus the PIN code. Public results hide exact private locations. A PIN code is India Post’s identifier; it is not a map score.
• RERA status and number if they apply — these fields are owner-typed. Look the number up on the state RERA portal under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
• Availability that you will update if the property is reserved or withdrawn.

If you are looking rather than posting

Open Properties and choose sale, lease or rent. Search with filters that matter, and add a location only when nearby results help. Read the listed facts, then message the publisher through MyStreetBiz before arranging a visit.

Visit the property before paying. Verify identity, title, authority, approvals, charges and written terms. Do not pay a deposit under pressure, and keep the conversation in Messages until you are ready to meet.

Publish, edit and archive

Save a draft while you collect documents or photos. Publish when the required fields are complete. Use My Properties to edit or archive. Archive the post once the property is unavailable so search stays useful for everyone else.

Plan limits may apply to how many properties you can keep published. Existing content is preserved when a plan changes. Account deletion removes owned property listings through the deletion lifecycle.

Legal and safety checks stay with you

RERA registration, occupancy certificates, encumbrance searches and society NOCs are not created by a MyStreetBiz post. MyStreetBiz does not fetch an Encumbrance Certificate.
